Return & Refund Policy (Worldwide – 60 Days)
At RoyalWish, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
For this reason, we offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.


Return Window – 60 Days

You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • Unopened and in its original sealed packaging

  • With all tags or accessories (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Hygiene & Safety – Non-Returnable Once Opened

For hygiene and safety reasons, teddy bears and plush products cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened, unsealed, or handled.

Opened items are considered used and not eligible for a refund or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged or defective.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at:

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RMA)

  • The return address

  • Instructions on how to proceed

Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA will not be accepted.


Reporting Damages & Issues (48-Hour Rule)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at
theroyalwish@gmail.com if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the incorrect item

Damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo/video evidence.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we will cover return shipping costs or provide a suitable solution (e.g., replacement at no cost).

All returns must be shipped with tracking.
Untracked or lost return shipments cannot be refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened plush toys (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Personal care items that cannot be resold once opened

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item:

  1. Request a return for the item you have

  2. After your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want


EU & UK – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the EU or UK, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under law.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must still be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind cancellations, depending on local laws.

This legal right is separate from and in addition to our voluntary 60-day return policy.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time
